Caregiver - Personal Care Assistant

Our assisted living home is looking for full-time Personal Care Assistants to join our motivated team of professionals. Am shifts available (6:30am-3pm). Schedule is rotating 4 days on and 2 days off. Responsibilities: Assist senior residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming and hygiene, dining, etc.). Provide good customer service to residents, families, and fellow employees. Accurately complete documents and records. Report changes in resident's condition to supervisor or manager. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a senior living setting is a plus Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude towards the elderly Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and physical exam / TB Test keywords: PCA, Resident Care Assistant, Memory Care, caregiving, dementia, Alzheimer's disease Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Holidays Morning shift Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: San Luis Obispo, CA 93401: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
