Logistics Coordinator

Hestia Energy Services is a Houston-based oilfield services company providing well testing and flowback equipment to E&P operators and service companies across the Eagle Ford Shale.Position SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator manages the movement, tracking, and field readiness of rental equipment across South Texas. This is a field-heavy role (70% field, 30% office) reporting to the Operations Manager.Responsibilities•       Coordinate equipment mobilizations and demobilizations with third-party haulers•       Track equipment location, availability, and rental status•       Conduct equipment deliveries and pickups•       Complete equipment condition documentation at delivery and return per company procedures•       Maintain equipment inventory records, maintenance schedules, and certification documentation•       Support equipment inspections and coordinate minor field repairs•       Communicate with customers on scheduling, rental quotes, and invoicing•       Collect and verify client documentation as required per rental agreements•       Comply with all company safety protocols and client site requirementsQualifications•       1–3 years of experience in oilfield services, or energy logistics•       Working knowledge of well testing equipment (separators, choke manifolds, flares, frac tanks)•       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel across South Texas•       Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks without waiting for direction•       Willingness to learn new processes and take on responsibilities beyond a fixed job description•       Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbsScheduleMonday–Friday.
