Retail Technology Manager
A company is looking for a Retail Technology Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding tasks and provide technical support for retailer or partner implementations
Monitor support requests post-launch and recommend product changes to address recurring issues
Provide technical guidance to retailers and partners to resolve technical issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience in systems development or support
Experience interacting with customers in a technical capacity
Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
Knowledge of the grocery retail industry
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
