Employer Industry: B2B SaaS Marketing Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $185,000 Opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on company performance Hybrid work model with 3 days in the NYC office, allowing for flexibility Collaborative work environment with access to senior leadership Chance to influence strategic decisions through compelling data insights Supportive culture that values diverse backgrounds and experiences What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide dedicated analytical support to the CMO and U.S.-based marketing leadership Analyze key marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the pipeline generation funnel Proactively seek out new opportunities to improve and optimize marketing processes and funnels Build and maintain data-driven presentations for various leadership meetings, including monthly marketing presentations and QBRs Collaborate with the central analytics team to align on data sources and reporting standards What is Required (Qualifications): 5+ years of experience as a marketing or business analyst in a B2B/SAAS company, preferably with a focus on pipeline generation Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Highly independent and proactive—a self-starter who can take ownership of projects Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) Experience working with a sales-led growth (SLG) model How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in crafting compelling data stories for leadership presentations Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and analytics tools Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
