Join us and start the future!YOUR ROLE ST is excited to welcome an RFOC – Field Application Engineer Intern at our office located in Santa Clara, CA.This internship opportunity involves supporting the product marketing team by designing and simulating RF design blocks used in TIA and laser driver circuits. These designs will utilize ST BiCMOS technologies. The results will benchmark ST technologies and provide customers with key RF figures to assess our SiGe technologies.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign schematic/layout of PA and LNA blocks.Provide materials for the marketing team.Your Skills & ExperiencesWorking towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering Preferred Experience In The FollowingAnalog RF design using Cadence toolsRF technologyAdditional SkillsProactiveness and leadershipStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDocumentation skillsCapability to analyze and interpret data to solve problems using learned techniques and tools At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
