Catering ManagerThe Catering Manager is responsible for the day-to-day Catering Operations and any off-site events (ie. UCF Football, Kia Center, etc). This includes corresponding with Catering clients, scheduling events with our ice cream truck and cart for off-site events and scheduling staff.
