This role is ideal for someone who brings strong visual instincts, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for entertainment and storytelling. The Designer will work closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to develop and execute compelling campaign creative across digital, social, print, experiential, and motion-based platforms.What You'll DoDevelop visually compelling design solutions across multiple campaigns and clientsCollaborate with Creative Directors and Art Directors to bring campaign concepts to lifeDesign assets across digital, social, print, experiential, and motion platformsContribute creative ideas and support concept development during brainstormsPartner with cross-functional teams including strategy, media, client services, and productionPrepare organized, production-ready files while maintaining brand consistency and qualityManage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, deadlines, and feedback What We're Looking For1-3 years of design experience within an agency, studio, entertainment, media, or related creative environmentStrong portfolio showcasing typography, branding, campaign development, and multi-platform executionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignFamiliarity with After Effects, Figma, motion design, or presentation design is a plusFamiliarity with project management tools such as Asana a plus.Understanding of visual storytelling, entertainment marketing, and audience engagementStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environmentPassion for entertainment, theater, arts, culture, and live experiences preferred WHAT WE OFFER:The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $55,000 to $75,000 per year.The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
