Controller
Ayalytical Instruments is a high-growth provider of precision testing equipment for the energy sector. With firsthand access to the most innovative technologies, we operate at the very forefront of modern petroleum testing, helping our customers to meet the growing demands of the industrial world one test at a time. Progressive, productive, and practical, we are a fast-paced, dynamic organization that values the growth of our people as much as the growth of our revenue.
Ayalytical Instruments is seeking to add a Controller to our growing organization.
Job Overview
The Controller owns Ayalytical's accounting function, managing the day-to-day accounting cycles and profitability audits. It's an accountability and oversight role, going through the numbers with a fine-tooth comb, catching cost overruns and inefficiencies, and getting them addressed so the business stays financially healthy as it grows.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned accounting professional who owns the numbers, calls out what isn't right, and can evaluate whether the ideas brought to them will actually work. This position is for you if you think in numbers, understand the dynamics of a founder-led business, and want to help a financially healthy company keep growing.
The Controller position is a new role for the company, taking over the financial duties currently managed by a Partner so leadership can focus on market expansion.
