We’re looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who thrive on winning new business and owning the full sales cycle. Role Overview This is a true hunter role. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new customers while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. Key Responsibilities Identify and target new shipper opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and market research Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Conduct discovery calls and identify customer pain points Present tailored transportation solutions Onboard and transition accounts for execution Research industries (lumber, steel, building materials, etc.) to uncover high-value opportunities Continuously identify new verticals and shipping patterns Develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers Provide ongoing communication and account support Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience (logistics experience preferred but not required) Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills High sense of urgency and accountability Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Team Bonus Health, dental, and vision benefits PTO + paid holidays Who Succeeds Here?
