This role is a good fit for someone who likes building practical automation solutions instead of endlessly talking about them in meetings.The environment is heavily data-focused, with work centered around Python development, Snowflake integrations, and streamlining how data moves between systems and external partners.Must have experience with:8+ years of Python developmentBuilding automation and data processing solutionsWorking with APIs, file exchanges, or external partner integrationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred experience includes:Snowflake developmentSnowpipeBuilding User Defined Functions (UDFs) in SnowflakeAutomating data exchange with external partnersBuilding lightweight custom interfaces tied to Snowflake solutionsThis role will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and build automation solutions that improve data flow and reduce manual effort.The right person for this role is someone who's comfortable figuring things out without needing a 14-step committee approval process first. Somebody who can look at a messy workflow, clean it up, automate it, and make it easier for everyone downstream.
