In this full-time position located in Liberty Village, you will manage a diverse team of internal developers, contractors, and agency partners. You will oversee the daily operations of all brand.com sites, ensuring top performance and excellent customer experiences. Your role will also involve budget management and collaboration with stakeholders to define digital roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage a blended team of developers and external agencies Oversee technology operations for brand.com sites Implement maintenance and optimization processes Manage annual technology budgets of $15M–$20M Collaborate to define digital roadmaps aligned with objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar 10+ years in web development, 5+ years in a leadership role 3+ years with Salesforce Cloud Platforms Experience with Shopify and cloud platforms Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Drive impactful digital initiatives while fostering an agile workspace at Deciem.
