Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with different departments to collect data, analyze it, and provide clear and understandable reports to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using statistical methods.Data Visualization: Create clear and informative visualizations, such as graphs, charts, and dashboards, to present findings to stakeholders.Reporting: Generate reports and summaries that translate complex data into actionable insights for different teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations).Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, report findings, and ensure data accuracy.Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across different systems.Tools & Technology: Use data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support decision-making processes.Key Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.Technical Skills:Proficiency in SQL for querying large databases.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.Knowledge of statistical tools and programming languages such as R or Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.Communication Skills: Ability to translate data findings into business insights and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling techniques.Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offOpportunities for career growth and development
