Senior EHS Specialist

JCW is looking to fill an exciting EHS role for a Manufacturing client in the greater Kansas City/St. Joseph's area. They are looking for a safe (pun intended) pair of hands to help support both the Safety & Environmental side of their program. The site is growing quickly and has all the eyes of senior leadership, so someone with tried and true experience is going to be necessary.Relocation is available for the selected candidate.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain EHS procedures and programs.Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Qualifications:5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical).Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and/or other regulatory requirementsExperience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems.Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.If this isn't quite right for your background but you're interested in similar EHS/HSE positions - don't hesitate to drop me a line at nick.giordano@jcwgroup.com.
