NPI Process Engineering Co-op

Overview In this NPI Process Engineering Co-Op, you will help move new medical products from prototype to pilot production and final transfer to contract manufacturers. You’ll work with process engineers to assess manufacturability and assembly efficiency, develop assembly processes, and support tool development and DoE validation. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration to resolve assembly and production issues and to create detailed process documentation for pilot and contract teams. This hands‑on opportunity sits at the Nashua NPI center, contributing to product introductions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
