Become a Surrogate – Competitive Compensation & Support

<p>Women who choose to become gestational carriers provide an extraordinary gift to help build a family. Many individuals and couples are unable to carry a pregnancy on their own for medical or personal reasons, and surrogates play a vital role in helping make parenthood possible.</p><br>A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.<br><p>At Gift of Life Surrogacy Agency, we guide and support our carriers every step of the way. If you are considering becoming a surrogate, it is important to understand both the medical process and the emotional journey involved. Our team ensures you are fully informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience.</p><p>Gestational Carrier Requirements</p><p>To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Between 21–39 years old</li><li>U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state</li><li>Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting</li><li>No more than two (2) C-sections</li><li>Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)</li><li>No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)</li><li>No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder</li><li>Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)</li><li>Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments</li><li>Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use</li><li>Have a stable home environment and strong support system</li></ul><p>All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.</p><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><p>We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. xihmbke Compensation includes:</p><p>Base Compensation</p><ul><li>$60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)</li></ul><p>Additional Benefits</p><ul><li>$250 monthly expense allowance</li><li>$500 maternity clothing allowance</li><li>$10,500 for multiple birth</li><li>Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)</li><li>Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li><li>$200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)</li><li>$20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)</li></ul><p>All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.</p>
