You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting. You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who's looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities: Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniquesInteract professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, or by other means necessaryMix, match, and blend various Epoxy paints, mortar, protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying propertiesUse caulk, epoxy paste to repair holes and cracksInspect paint jobs for qualityPerform daily maintenance routines on equipmentQualifications: Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or industrial projects/facilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
