Senior RF Optimization Engineer (Ericsson 5G) Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Experienced Senior RF Optimization Engineer with a strong Ericsson background to join a high-impact 5G network optimization project. Required Skills & Experience .10+ years of Ericsson LTE/UMTS RF Optimization experienc . 5+ years of Ericsson 5G RF Optimization (SA/NSA) .2+ years of Ericsson VoLTE/VoNR experience .Strong expertise in Ericsson 5G KPIs, network performance optimization, and root cause analysis .Hands-on experience with TEMS, Actix, and Ericsson RAN parameter tuning .Experience implementing Ericsson RAN features and optimizing neighbor relation. . Excellent customer-facing communication and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Optimize Ericsson 5G radio networks to improve KPIs such as throughput, accessibility, retainability, latency, and coverage. Perform KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation Implement Ericsson RAN features and optimize network parameters Work directly with customers to deliver technical solutions and performance improvements Support network design, optimization, and service delivery initiatives Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related Pay: $105,068.05 - $126,533.57 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
