This is a unique opportunity to provide impactful, one-on-one medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and counseling to patients across Florida.You'll work with patients managing chronic conditions, digestive health, weight concerns, and general wellness. This role offers clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plansDeliver one-on-one counseling and follow-ups via HIPAA-compliant telehealth toolsAccurately document all encounters in the EHR systemCollaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and care coordinatorsEducate patients and families on dietary strategies and supplement useStay current on evidence-based practices and telehealth standardsContribute to patient satisfaction and care quality improvement effortsDesign and lead community-based nutrition education workshops enhancing awareness of healthy eating practicesQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's or Master's in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related fieldRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) via the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) license in Florida StateAt least 1 year of clinical or outpatient nutrition experienceFamiliarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, SimplePractice, AdvancedMD)Strong communication and tech literacyA secure remote workspace with high-speed internetPreferred / Huge Plus:Medicare and/or Medicaid provider enrollmentPrior telehealth or digital health experienceBilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)Specialty certifications (e.g., CDCES, renal nutrition, pediatric nutrition)Full-Time Benefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid holidays and PTO401(k) plan with company match
