Different shift assignments allow for flexibility and safety.In this role you are responsible for performance of tasks related to drug formulation, weighing raw materials, cleaning, mixing sophisticated tanks and equipment, distilled water sanitization, filter integrity testing, and documentation. Working in a cleanroom is essential to delivering life-saving therapies.What You'll BringHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members.Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawings.Must be able to perform basic mathematicsProficient in how to use a calculator and measurement tools as well as basic hand tools.Must have basic computer skillsPreferred QualificationsProduction Technician or manufacturing experience with duties including preventative maintenance, machine troubleshooting, etc.Physical RequirementsThis position requires frequent grasping, pushing/pulling and reaching with hands and arms. The position also involves lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shiftNormal visual acuity and the ability to distinguish color are necessaryOccasionally specialized physicals are required when working with certain drug codes.Must be able to bend/stoop, squat, climb, reach above shoulder level, reach at or below shoulder level, kneel, twist and bend at the neck, twist and bend at the waist and balanceMust be able to pass the Powered Industrial Truck (P.I.T.) physicalOther Duties as AssignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
