Implementation Specialist

SUMMARY:
As an Implementation Specialist, this individual will transport and configure equipment at our client locations and perform basic connectivity and application set up during the implementation process. This person is responsible for providing customer satisfaction by ensuring the safe and timely delivery and setup of equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Safely transport and configure equipment at client locations
Complete basic connectivity setup such as printing, scanning, and faxing
Properly decommission replaced equipment and return for processing
Communicate with customers prior to and upon arrival at customer sites
Communicate with the internal team regarding schedule and arrival
Recognize and escalate issues when additional assistance is required
Maintain company equipment and vehicles being used for deliveries
Assist with larger and more complex implementations as needed
Assist with warehouse tasks and remote connectivity support as needed
Remain current on assigned training

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
An Implementation Specialist spends most of their time traveling to and from client sites or in the warehouse. This person is required to drive in order to transport and install equipment and will communicate with the internal team to determine where they are needed most.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED
Experience troubleshooting equipment is a plus
Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical
Clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
