*Company Overview:* Utility Traffic Control Services, Inc. is part of Alvah Group, a diversity business enterprise comprised of four operating companies primarily located in the Bay Area of California. The principal office location is in San Francisco, CA, with field offices and operations in Richmond, Benicia, Oakland, East Bay area. Alvah Group is a primary Distribution Electric Contractor for PG&E in the bay area and has been working in the area since 2007. We maintain PG&E’s Overhead and Underground Electrical distribution system along with performing civil construction and providing traffic control services. *Position Summary:* Project Coordinator will be responsible for the success of traffic control projects, which include no parking signage scheduling and/or placement management for various customers. The employee is responsible for overseeing and managing the no-park operations, quality of projects and deliverables in adherence with processes and requirements. *Job Responsibilities:* · Effectively applies project management methodologies and standards across no-parking job aspects · Creates, executes, monitors, and adjusts project permits to meet client deadlines and requirements · Understands project requirements, identifies resource needs and executes permits required for no- parking signage per the specific city requirements · Ensures deliverables meet or exceed client or management requirements prior to submittal · Assists operations management with day-to-day operational aspects of projects · Attends meetings, responds to client request, and ensures accurate and timely report-outs · Ensures project documents are accurate, complete, current, and stored properly · Ensures timely and accurate invoicing and monitors project receivables · Communicates and coordinates with clients, the public, various agencies, and other lines of business *Qualifications:* *Minimum:* · Ability to quickly learn and understand complex business processes and software · Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, multi-task and use time efficiently · High attention to detail and excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills · Excellent computer and database/record keeping skills, proficiency with Office 365 suite · Experience with overseeing, tracking, requesting information required for permits *Desired:* · Knowledge or experience in traffic control and construction industry · Understands and utilizes project scheduling software · Track record of continuous process improvement Pay: $25.00 - $36.54 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have overseeing, tracking, requesting information required for permits? * Do you have any knowledge or experience in traffic control and construction industry?
