Global COO/Equity Partner

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Equity Partner. The individual in this role will oversee and optimize global operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment across all business units. Responsibilities include developing and managing operations frameworks, collaborating with international branches, identifying growth opportunities, managing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with operational regulations. This pivotal leadership role involves shaping and executing WCG’s global expansion strategy while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications Strong operational expertise, including strategic planning, project management, and risk managementLeadership and team-building skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teamsExpertise in collaborating with international and government sector stakeholdersProven ability to identify market growth opportunities and drive sustainable organizational growthExceptional communication, negotiation, and partnership-building abilitiesFlexibility to work on-site in Miami, FL, and travel internationally as neededFamiliarity with federal regulations, compliance, and multicultural business practicesA degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) preferredPrevious experience in a leadership role within the consulting industry is highly advantageous
