Senior Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Remote-Hybrid (Must be located in the Cincinnati Area)Employment Type: Contract-to-HireAbout the RoleOur retail client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-scale warehouse and supply chain applications. This role combines hands-on backend engineering, select UI work, Kubernetes-based production ownership, and close collaboration with architects, product, QA, and business partners in a fast-moving operational environment.What You’ll DoDesign and deliver end-to-end application components across new and existing systemsOwn services through development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production supportBuild and operate Java / Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs in Kubernetes environmentsDevelop Kafka-based integrations with strong retry, error-handling, and recovery patternsSupport CI/CD workflows, artifact management, observability, and cross-system data exchangePartner with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers through reviews and technical guidanceSupport mission-critical warehouse and distribution center applicationsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservicesHands-on Kafka experience with topics, producers, consumers, retries, and DLQsProduction Kubernetes experience is required, including troubleshooting clusters, pods, services, ingress, and networking issuesExperience supporting CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories, and distributed event-driven systemsStrong communication, requirements-gathering ability, and self-sufficient configuration skillsComfortable raising issues, sharing ideas, and working closely with a teamPreferred SkillsDynatrace experience for monitoring, alerting, performance analysis, or incident troubleshootingAngular or other frontend development experienceMonitoring or networking systems experienceSupply chain or warehouse application experienceFamiliarity with warehouse terminology and distribution center operationsApply here: https://gentissolutions.com/jobs/full-stack-developer-ii-3604769
