Project Manager

Eco-Staff is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor for commercial low-voltage and enterprise network infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on data center environments.We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate projects, communicate with customers and general contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.Experience Preferred:Data center construction and infrastructureStructured cabling systemsEnterprise network systemsCat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic installationsMDF/IDF build-outsRack and stackPatch panels and network cabinetsLadder rack, cable tray, J-hooks, and pathway systemsFiber testing, labeling, and documentationAccess control, CCTV, and security systemsBMS / Building Management SystemsManaging commercial low-voltage crews and subcontractorsRequirements:Previous experience as a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Lead Technician in the low-voltage industry is a plus but not required.Strong understanding of commercial construction environmentsData center experience strongly preferredMust be willing and able to travel for projects as neededAbility to coordinate manpower, materials, schedules, and productionStrong communication and organizational skillsProfessional customer-facing attitudeOSHA 10 requiredMust be dependable and safety-orientedCompensation:Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000 annuallyCompetitive compensation based on experienceLocation:Based out of San Antonio, Texas with travel required depending on project location.Qualified candidates with strong leadership ability and real-world low-voltage/data center experience are encouraged to apply
