Scion Health - - Responsibilities: Assists professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned area.; Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal care.; Assists in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.; Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, performs routine treatment procedures and supports patient care needs.; Responds to patient call lights, phone, and paging system and coordinates with nursing staff.
