The Senior Manager, Engineering Delivery is responsible for leading multiple cross-functional teams—including Quality Engineers, Business Systems Analysts and others—to deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned to business priorities. This role owns both delivery outcomes and the evolution of how delivery is executed, driving a shift toward AI-enabled, automation-first quality engineering and requirements practices.This leader will champion modern delivery capabilities, embedding AI into quality engineering and requirements practices, and fostering a culture where automation, precision, and continuous improvement are the standard.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery LeadershipLead and develop multiple teams of Quality Engineers, Business Systems Analysts and others to deliver against prioritized business initiativesEnsure consistent, predictable delivery of high-quality software aligned to business outcomesPartner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to plan, execute, and continuously improve deliveryDrive momentum across large, complex programs with high ambiguity.Champion an exciting transformation to keep team engaged, productive and positive.Quality Engineering & AutomationOwn and evolve the quality engineering strategy, driving a shift from manual testing to automation-first and AI-enabled testing practicesOversee and enhance the existing automated regression suite, improving coverage, reliability, and efficiencyImplement AI-driven approaches for test case generation, gap analysis, and risk-based testingEstablish quality metrics, standards, and practices that improve release confidence and reduce defectsBusiness Systems Analysis ExcellenceLead the transformation of business analysis practices toward AI-enabled requirements engineeringEnable teams to leverage AI tools to produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentationStandardize best practices for requirements clarity, completeness, and alignment with business intentImprove the overall quality and efficiency of backlog creation and refinementAI-Enabled Delivery PracticesDrive adoption of AI tools and capabilities across delivery teams, moving from ad hoc usage to scalable, standardized practicesIdentify opportunities to embed AI across the SDLC, including requirements, testing, and delivery workflowsPartner with engineering and platform teams to align on tools, governance, and best practicesMeasure and track the impact of AI adoption on velocity, quality, and efficiencyPeople Leadership & CultureBuild, coach, and develop high-performing teams across Quality Engineering and Business Systems AnalysisFoster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and innovationLead change management efforts to embed new tools, practices, and ways of workingPromote an automation-first and AI-first mindset across teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years in software development, QA, or related disciplines4+ years leading multiple teams across functions (QA, BSA, Engineering)Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in a software engineering environmentStrong background in quality engineering, test automation, and/or business systems analysisDemonstrated experience driving automation and/or AI-enabled transformation within delivery organizationsFamiliarity with modern AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, test automation frameworks) and their application across the SDLCStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to lead through change and influence adoption of new practices at scalePreferred QualificationsExperience in ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) or enterprise systemsBackground in agile at scale environments
