Location: Monrovia, CAEmployment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireCompany: AdeptHRAbout The OpportunityAdeptHR is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler II for a growing manufacturer of advanced Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) in Monrovia, CA.In this hands-on production role, you'll assemble and integrate UPS systems using cabling, PCB boards, hardware, and other electrical and mechanical components. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position after approximately six months of consistent performance.What You'll DoAssemble and integrate components into UPS systems according to engineering drawings, picture references, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Verify materials and components before beginning assemblyInstall and route wiring, cabling, PCB boards, and hardwarePerform crimping and occasional soldering as requiredUse hand tools, power tools, and crimpers during assemblyFollow established workmanship and quality standardsRead and follow written, verbal, and visual work instructionsInspect your work and maintain close attention to small detailsWork efficiently in a fast-paced, focused production environmentStand for extended periods throughout the workdayOccasionally lift materials or equipment weighing up to 60 lbsRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of related electro-mechanical assembly experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferredAbility to read and understand engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Familiarity with different types of mechanical and electrical hardwareExperience using hand tools, power tools, and crimpersStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly instructionsAbility to work effectively in a production environmentBenefitsBenefits & Long-Term OpportunityThis position begins as a temp-to-hire role.
