Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional customer service, efficient beverage and food service, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently Provide detailed wine, spirits, and cocktail recommendations, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience through excellent guest relations Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is preferred Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
