Design, build, and support mission‑critical FIX Drop Copy and STP workflows that underpin the firm’s electronic trading and post‑trade processingCollaborate closely with investment professionals, Compliance, and Operations to translate business and control requirements into robust, production‑ready softwareDevelop and maintain Java and SQL Server–based applications supporting complex trading workflows across rates, FX, credit, futures, and equitiesIntegrate with external brokers, exchanges, and trading platforms, ensuring reliable connectivity and correct handling of external dataImprove system reliability, observability, and operational resilience through thoughtful design and disciplined changeProvide Level 3 production support, investigating issues, answering business questions, and resolving complex problems escalated from a dedicated support functionUse AI‑enabled development and operational tooling to improve engineering efficiency and contribute to platforms where AI is increasingly embedded in business workflowsWhat’s REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of Java and SQL Server development experienceStrong knowledge of SQL Server objects and optimizations, such as functions, views, indexes, procs, tables, CTEs, and transactions.Proficiency with Jetbrains IntellijFamiliarity with version control systems and build environments, such as Git, Jenkins, and GitHubFinancial industry experience, specifically Fixed Income products, such as bonds, swaps, CDS, and FX, or Commodity Futurescore Java, Sql server development skills, some front end exp, financial is a must
