Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Location: New MexicoSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSummary:We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across New Mexico. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship issues, emotional stress, family conflict, communication challenges, and life transitions through structured, evidence-based care.Responsibilities:Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and familiesComplete assessments and develop treatment plansSupport clients with relationship, family, and emotional concernsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationMonitor client progress and adjust care plans as neededFollow state, ethical, and telehealth practice standardsRequirementsActive New Mexico LMFT licenseMaster's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related fieldExperience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or familiesStrong documentation and communication skillsComfortable using telehealth platformsBenefits2 weeks PTOHealth Insurance401K Plan with 3% Company MatchBring your LMFT experience into a stable remote role where your work can make a real difference.
