Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist I
Department: General Admin
We are looking for aCorporate Communications Specialist Ito join ourGeneral Adminteam at Open Bank! The Corporate Communications Specialist I, who is fluent in both English and Korean, will be responsible for assisting the General Admin Department in providing services to internal and external clients including marketing, advertisements, administration, non-profit programs, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support supervisor(s) and manage relationships with media and community.
Work with media to publish timely company information, such as press releases, brochures, and other related materials.
Implement media strategies and perform media related management duties.
Oversee the organizations in relation to the Open Stewardship Foundation.
Support the PR Manager in evaluating the non-profit organizations.
Document presence of companies at events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Assist with coordination of corporate events and in developing marketing and promotion plans.
Perform a variety of General Admin administrative tasks, such as report reviews, data entry, sorting documents, assist meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Prior work experience is not required, but experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Korean Bilingual required.
Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
