Title: Senior Full Stack Developer, GenAILocation: Nashville, TN - Hybrid (onsite 2-3 days a week)Type: Contract/Contract to HireIndustry: Professional ServicesScope:The Senior Full Stack Engineer will provide hands-on engineering and application development, working closely with PxE stakeholders, product teams and with onshore & offshore teams todesign, develop and deliver secure, AI-enabled applications that support the implementation, validation, and support of blockchain onboarding workflows into a newly created platform/application. This role focuses on rapid issue resolution, critical feature development, and ensuring alignment with audit and platform requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end delivery of blockchain onboarding and platform enhancements across multiple networks, tokens, and stablecoinsDevelop and enhance full-stack components across UI, API, and backend layers using Python, .NET, Angular, SQL and Azure/AKSSupport onboarding of blockchain networks and tokens by implementing data ingestion, transaction processing, and validation workflowsWork closely with the onshore Engineering Manager and stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve production and integration issues with quick turnaroundImplement and validate APIs for transaction retrieval, balance computation, and audit workflowsEnsure data accuracy, validation, and alignment with audit requirementsCollaborate with offshore teams to ensure consistent implementation and knowledge sharingContribute to reusable components and configuration-driven onboarding approachesSupport CI/CD-based deployment and integration of onboarding workflowsLeverage GenAI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and accelerate deliveryRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in full-stack engineering (UI, API, backend systems)Proven experience in building and scaling data-intensive or distributed systemsFamiliarity with blockchain concepts (nodes, transactions, APIs, explorers)Experience in AKS, data ingestion, validation, and processing pipelinesStrong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure)Expertise in API design, microservices, and scalable architectureExperience in Agile delivery models and engineering leadership rolesStrong stakeholder engagement and decision-making capabilityExperience with blockchain integrations or digital asset platformsExposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworksHave 1-2 recent projects with GenAI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or claudeExperience with RAGs, langgraph or langchainNice to HaveExperience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright for workflow-based testing and validation.
