Senior Project Manager

Sr Project Manager - Mechanical/Heavy IndustrialKey Responsibilities+ Champion all company safety policies and ethical standards.+ Plan project staffing and allocate resources effectively within budget.+ Establish project goals, procedures, and performance standards using company pre‐planning processes.+ Serve as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams to support smooth project execution.+ Direct and support Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within budget, resolving issues proactively.+ Represent the company in project meetings and support labor‐related discussions as needed.+ Manage financial components of contracts, including fees, purchases, equipment, expenses, and change orders.+ Support company reporting requirements (weekly reports, timecards, reviews, etc.).+ Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and prevent at‐risk activities.+ Lead both Design‐Build and Bid‐Build projects, including oversight of the design process.+ Collaborate with Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors to deliver high‐quality results.+ Perform additional duties that support company goals and initiatives.Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.+ 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership on projects of $7.5M or more.+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, design principles, financial management, and major building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, civil).+ Proven leadership ability; highly organized, decisive, and skilled in communication and relationship‐building with clients and subcontractors.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $64.90 - $72.12/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
