Estate Manager Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Estate Manager Assistant to support the smooth operation of a private estate. This dynamic role involves assisting the Estate Manager with administrative functions as well as housekeeping services, and providing exceptional support to ensure the estate runs efficiently and seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Duties General office duties such as household billing, filing, mail services, ordering supplies. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining inventories, and handling correspondence. Perform errands as needed. Assist with special projects as needed. Occasional general housekeeping and cleaning duties, dishwashing, laundry and ironing. Dog care, pet sitting and plant care. Serving at meals and dinner parties; assist with entertaining guests. Experience Proven experience in personal assistant role or estate management within a private estate. Experience with residential cleaning, laundry, cooking, and hospitality services preferred. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant yet professional demeanor. Prior administrative experience managing schedules, inventories, or vendor relations is advantageous .
