Our products support everything from industrial equipment and medical devices to consumer electronics and automotive technologies.We are a collaborative, team-oriented company focused on delivering high-quality products, responsive customer support, and long-term relationships with our customers.ABOUT THE ROLENewhaven Display is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused B2B Inside Sales Representative to support both new and existing customers in a manufacturing and distribution environment.This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in B2B inside sales, account support, customer service, or order/quote management who enjoys building relationships, managing customer requests, and working in a detail-oriented environment.The position involves a combination of:customer communicationquote and order managementaccount supportsales coordinationand business development supportSuccess in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort working within ERP/CRM systems and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer & Account SupportServe as a primary point of contact for assigned customersRespond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, and order statusPrepare accurate customer quotes and follow up on opportunitiesSupport customer relationships through responsive and professional communicationIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or alternative product solutionsSales Coordination & Business DevelopmentSupport both inbound and outbound sales effortsConvert inbound inquiries into sales opportunitiesAssist with prospecting and follow-up activities for new business developmentCoordinate internally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support customer requirementsMaintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales activity within ERP/CRM systemsOrganization & Operational SupportManage multiple quotes, customer requests, and follow-up activities simultaneouslyMaintain accurate documentation and order informationAssist with sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline trackingSupport ongoing account growth and customer retention effortsQUALIFICATIONS1–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer support, order management, or a related B2B environment preferredExperience supporting or selling physical products within manufacturing, distribution, industrial, electronics, or technical product environments strongly preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable learning and working within ERP/CRM systems and other business softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities in a professional office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAssociate degree or higher preferredPlease Note:This role is best suited for candidates with experience in B2B sales or customer support environments with a focus on product sales.
