What You’ll Do As the Closing Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during the final hours of the night. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting the closing team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Overseeing end-of-night procedures, including securing the venue and completing necessary reports. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and guests. Addressing any challenges that arise during closing and ensuring a seamless handover for the next day. Leading by example to uphold After Dark Night-Life’s standards of excellence. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 5+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or a similar industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and dependable work ethic.
