Finance Director (Houston)

Our client is a leader in the manufacture and distribution of high-quality industrial products used in a diverse set of end-markets worldwide.The Finance Director will partner with and support the Regional President and wider regional team in achieving all goals and objectives. The Director will lead a team and work closely with the global finance organization. The Director will provide a wide range of financial support and advice to all business/operational functions and build strong collaborative relationships across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAccounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis.Team assessment and development.Corporate and regional reporting, risk management, KPI management, strategy, and overall business partnership.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required. Certification(s) or Graduate degree is a plus.Minimum of three years of experience in a lead finance business partner role.Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry experience required.Minimum of three years of experience leading teams is required.Strong communication and analytical skills.This role is located on the Northwest side of Houston.
