You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment, ready to work long hours, and have a track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion. Bonus points if you have a technical degree, founding experience, or have held leadership positions in prominent university clubs.What You'll DoPartner with frontier AI labs to coordinate dataset generation projects, manage timelines, and ensure delivery excellenceBuild and maintain operational tools using AI (ChatGPT, Claude Code) and scripting to automate workflows, track metrics, and improve efficiencyManage teams of technical experts across domains like software engineering, data science, and machine learningCreate technical documentation, project briefs, and data samples for customer presentationsSupport product development by gathering technical requirements, coordinating testing, and tracking feature releasesAnalyze operational metrics and build lightweight dashboards to monitor project health and team performanceDrive process improvements and build systems to scale operations as the company growsInterface with engineering and research teams on technical and operational coordination
