Grab this opportunity to work with one of our clients for an Electrical Assembly Technician position with pay range of $18.27 - $20/HR where you will get the room to grow and make your perfect career.Job DescriptionJoin our team as an Electrical Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for the electrical assembly of various size drives, electric transformers, and cutting wires. You will follow work orders and be trained on schematics for future use. Work in a collaborative environment with teams of 2-4, utilizing various hand and power tools to work on low voltage lines and small - medium. This bench assembly role, not line assembly.ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical assembly of drives and electric transformers.Crimp, measure, and cut wires.Prepare electrical components for further assembly departments.Follow work orders and schematics for assembly tasks.Collaborate with teams of 2-4 members.Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Work on low voltage drives.Focus on bench assembly tasks for the entirety of the shift.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude.Experience with hand and power tools.1+ years of assembly (mechanical or electrical) experience with the same company.1+ years of experience reading blueprints or schematics.Soldering, electronic assembly, and electrical wiring skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of electrical or wire diagrams.Why Work Here?Experience growth opportunities with potential raises and benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with company cost share. Weekend shift 5am-5pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Safety is a priority, with steel toe boots and safety glasses required. The facility is brand new and serves as the US headquarters, with plans to expand significantly in the coming years.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr.
