Our brand and visuals play a critical role in winning high-value contracts — and we are looking for a designer who can elevate that standard even further. The Role This is not a traditional design role. You will own the visual identity of the company across all channels — from pitch decks that close deals to video content that showcases our work. This role blends graphic design, video editing, and storytelling into one high-impact creative position. Key Responsibilities Brand Identity & Visual Direction Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all platformsEnsure a consistent, premium visual standard across every touchpoint Pitch & Proposal Design Design high-end pitch decks and presentations used to win large contractsCreate visually compelling materials that communicate value clearly and effectively Video Content Creation Edit and produce: Event highlight reels and sizzle videosShort-form social content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)Internal and brand storytelling content Transform raw footage into polished, engaging narratives Digital & Print Design Create assets for web, social media, and marketing campaignsDesign print materials for live events and on-site branding Collaboration Work closely with leadership to translate ideas into visual assetsTurn technical concepts and event footage into compelling creative output Qualifications 5+ years of professional design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video workAdvanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Experience with After Effects or motion graphics is a strong plusFamiliarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative workflowsStrong English communication skillsAbility to work EST hours Who This Is For Designers who think beyond execution and focus on impact and storytellingCreatives who can balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environmentIndividuals who take ownership and proactively improve visual output What Success Looks Like High-quality visuals that elevate brand perceptionCompelling pitch materials that support revenue growthEngaging video content that showcases work and drives interest
