Recent endeavors include the adaptive reuse of historic buildings and development of new luxury condominium projects, showcasing the firm's innovative approach to urban living.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Philadelphia, PA, for a Leasing Agent at Allan Domb Real Estate. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for presenting and leasing residential apartments, working closely with clients to understand their housing needs and preferences. Responsibilities include coordinating property viewings, preparing and executing lease agreements, assisting with administrative tasks associated with lease management, and delivering excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants. The Leasing Agent will also collaborate with the property management and leasing teams to meet organizational goals.QualificationsExperience with Leases and Lease AdministrationFamiliarity with Property Management and Residential Leasing processesStrong Customer Service skills to effectively address tenant needs and inquiriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentPrevious experience in the real estate industry is a plus
