Overnight Janitorial Crew Supervisor (59225)

The Overnight Janitorial Crew Supervisor will ensure a positive customer experience by keeping all areas of the store clean and supervising a small cleaning crew.Primary Functions And Essential ResponsibilitiesMake rounds to ensure crew coverage of designated work areasGive specific cleaning instructions/ assignments to crew members.Prepare work schedules, conduct inspections, coach/counsel, and recommend other disciplinary actions as neededMaintain and update the daily team record (timekeeping/work schedules) on a daily basisProfessionally clean and maintain facility using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standardsUtilizing commercial floorcare equipment as well as maintaining equipment and performing minor maintenance.Move all reasonably portable items to clean under and behind and in corners and edgesIdentify and note any damages or issues to direct supervisorReplenish/restock consumable items such as soaps and paper productsOther responsibilities as assignedContinual standing, walking and reaching throughout shiftOccasionally crouching or kneelingQualificationsCustodial supervisor or team lead experience Commercial cleaning experience to include use of floor care machinesLeadership – Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results Proactive and organized Punctuality and reliability is a must. Honesty and exceptional work ethic. Pass drug testing and background check and eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to work a shift during the following hours: 10 pm – 6 am.Physical Demands And Work EnvironmentContinual standing, walking and reaching throughout shift.Occasionally crouching or kneeling.Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
