Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Program Manager with strong technical expertise in J2EE, AWS Cloud, AI/ML, and full-stack application development. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and the ability to lead complex technology programs, drive end-to-end delivery, and coordinate effectively with engineering, architecture, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical programs involving J2EE, AWS cloud services, AI/ML, and full-stack development.
Oversee technical planning, solution design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Coordinate with developers, architects, DevOps, AI/ML engineers, and business stakeholders.
Drive project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
Ensure technical quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of J2EE and full-stack application development.
- Hands-on understanding of AWS cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with AI/ML initiatives and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
- Proven experience managing complex technical programs and engineering teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
