Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.Properly cleans out reactorsOperate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished productTransferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.Perform building and equipment preventative maintenanceManages Autonomous Maintenance activitiesUnderstand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)Completes paperwork and enter batch information into SAPPerform other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documentsPreferred QualificationsExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsSelected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
