Network Engineer- TS/SCI Clearance

We are seeking a Network Engineer with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance who will be responsible for transport network design and engineering, network routing protocols, and advanced virtual networking technologies in a timely and effective manner.ResponsibilitiesThe Network Engineering Team plays a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of the client environment. This individual will be responsible for one or more of the following:Performing upgrades and performing routine network operations and maintenance (O&M).Identifying and implementing INFOSEC and COMSEC security requirements for the network.Complex configuration management techniques and requirements for managing network systemsNetwork operating and maintenance concepts and methods used to troubleshoot network problems for LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN and VoIPCisco IOS, including switching, routing, segment routing and other technologiesRadio Frequency (RF) and spectrum engineeringOptical networking technology and engineeringSatellite communications engineeringEducation / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are preferred.ExperienceExperience in network/cloud/virtual environment engineering or a related role.Solid understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required for this position.
