This is a fully onsite, temp-to-perm position.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hotel accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This property is part of an upscale multi-property hospitality portfolio and offers a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and long-term career potential.Key Responsibilities:Process daily, weekly, and bi-weekly payrollPrepare payroll journal entries and support month-end closePerform daily income audits and financial reportingManage full Accounts Receivable cycle including billing, collections, chargebacks, and write-offsReconcile ledgers and maintain supporting financial documentationPartner with Sales and Events teams regarding credit applications and depositsPrepare and distribute daily revenue reportsMonitor guest ledger and advance deposit controlsRespond to guest and client inquiries professionallyCross-train in Accounts Payable and additional accounting functionsQualifications:Previous hotel accounting experience requiredExperience with payroll and Accounts Receivable preferredOpera PMS experience is a plusIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to meet month-end deadlines and work flexible hours during close periodsExcellent communication and professionalismAdditional InformationExpansion opportunity with long-term potentialTemp-to-perm opportunity available40-hour work weekOne interview processFor a quicker response, please send your resume to jcanabal@ascendo.com
