About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing class jewelry business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and excels at coordinating between sales, creative, and production teams.The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in managing marketing requests, coordinating workflows, and ensuring the successful execution of email and direct mail campaigns. You will serve as a central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementCollect, prioritize, and manage marketing requests from the sales teamCreate clear and effective creative briefsTrack timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordinationWorkflow CoordinationManage project intake, progress tracking, approvals, and deadlinesCommunicate updates and resolve bottlenecks to maintain momentumUse project management tools such as Basecamp or TrelloCreative Asset DevelopmentSupport asset creation using automation platformsCoordinate with creative teams on custom projectsEnsure all materials meet brand standardEmail & Direct Mail Campaign ExecutionClean, validate, and manage mailing listsOversee production logistics and ensure timely executionMaintain consistency in brand messaging across all channelsStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with sales representatives, clients, creative teams, and production partnersSupport process improvements using industry best practicesRequirementsBachelor’s degree (BS/BA or higher)1+ year experience in marketing and/or project managementStrong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with Basecamp, Trello, or similar tools preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to translate strategy into execution
