Automotive Parts Expert

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Expert dedicated to meeting the needs of our professional customers at the installer counter. This position involves supervising the delivery specialist team to ensure customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSBuild and foster strong relationships with installers and professional customers to drive sales growth. Efficiently process customer orders through various channels, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely picking of parts for delivery. Oversee the delivery process by coordinating with delivery specialists to guarantee reliable order fulfillment. Manage the maintenance and servicing of delivery vehicles in alignment with company standards. Ensure timely completion of vehicle inspections and accurate recording of mileage in the fleet management system. Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to deliver exceptional service to professional customers. Verify billing for all products and merchandise before customer departure from the store. Facilitate timely pickup and crediting of customers' new core and warranty returns. Conduct audits of customer returns to prevent warranty abuse and ensure proper labeling and tagging. Assist at both the front and retail counters when required. Support backroom operations, including auto-loading, returns, and stock management. Facilitate customer labor claims to ensure efficient processing. Perform any additional duties as assigned. SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIESRequired:Strong mechanical background. Excellent communication skills. Desired:Practical knowledge of automotive repairs. ASE Certification.
