You build. You lead. You own the outcome. You'll be the connective tissue between vision and execution — defining what we build, why, and making sure it ships well.Must-HavesHigh AgencyStrong full-stack engineering (Next.js, TypeScript, Python)Prior experience leading product at an early-stage startup — 0→1 at minimum onceAbility to context-switch between writing code and making product calls in the same dayReal LLM experience — tool use, agentic systems, structured outputsStrong product instincts and tasteNice-to-HavesEx-founder or technical co-founder backgroundExperience shipping developer-facing or AI-native productsMulti-agent systems or agent orchestration experienceFamiliarity with agent runtimes, MCP, or autonomous workflow tooling
