Role Summary The OCM Analyst supports readiness, adoption, and transition activities to ensure Banner teams are prepared for new cloud operating models. Key Responsibilities Conduct change impact and readiness assessments. Support communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate transition and knowledge transfer activities. Track adoption metrics and feedback. Technology Stack & Tools Change Management: Readiness and impact assessment tools Collaboration: SharePoint, Teams, training platforms Entails enabling people, process, and operational adoption of the new cloud environment.
